Scope
This standard describes the characteristics of thunderstorm warning systems and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of real-time lightning data and/or storm charging data, providing a reference for taking preventive measures against lightning disasters.
This standard specifies the basic requirements for sensors and networks used to accurately collect lightning-related parameter data and provide real-time information such as the movement path and range of lightning. This standard describes the application methods of the warning and historical data obtained by the aforementioned sensors and networks.
