GB/T 6113.402-2022 Specification for radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods—Part 4-2:Uncertainties,statistics and limit modelling—Measurement instrumentation uncertainty

Scope

This document specifies the method of applying the measurement instrument uncertainty (MIU) of measurement equipment and facilities when determining the compliance of the equipment under test (EUT) with the CISPR interference limits. When the measurement results and conclusions are affected by the MIU of the measurement equipment and facilities used for testing, the content of this document is also relevant to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.
Note: According to IEC Guide 107, CISPR 16-4-2 is the basic EMC standard used by the IEC product committees. As stated in IEC Guide 107, it is the responsibility of the product committees to decide on the applicability of this EMC standard. For a specific category of products, CISPR and its technical committees (corresponding to the SAC/TC 79 Technical Committee and its sub-technical committees in China) cooperate with these technical committees and product committees on the applicability of this document. The aforementioned technical committees and product committees correspond to the relevant product technical committees in China.
The appendix of this document provides background information on the MIU values to be considered when obtaining the UCISPR values in Chapters 4 to 9, and provides initial and further information on MIU, as well as valuable background information on how to consider individual uncertainties in the measurement chain. However, the purpose of the appendix is not for users of this document to use it as a user manual for calculating uncertainties or to copy it verbatim. Therefore, to make a correct assessment of uncertainties in practice, users can refer to the information in the references or other widely recognized documents.
