GB/T 6113.402-2018 Specification for radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods—Part 4-2:Uncertainties,statistics and limit modelling—Measurement instrumentation uncertainty
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T (Z) 6113 specifies the method of applying the measurement instrument and facility uncertainty (MIU) when determining the compliance of the equipment under test (EUT) with the CISPR interference limits. When the measurement results and conclusions are affected by the uncertainty of the measurement instruments and facilities used for testing, the content of this part is also related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. Note: According to IEC Guide 107, CISPR 1642 is the basic EMC standard used by IEC product committees. As stated in IEC Guide 107, it is the responsibility of the product committee to decide on the applicability of this EMC standard. For a specific category of products, CISPR and its sub-technical committees (corresponding to the SAC/TC79 technical committee and its sub-technical committees in China) cooperate with these technical committees and product committees on the applicability of the standard. The aforementioned technical committees and product committees correspond to the relevant product technical committees in China. The appendix of this part provides background information on the MIU values to be considered when obtaining the UCISPR values in Chapters 4 to 8, as well as initial and further information on MIU and valuable background information on how to consider individual uncertainties in the measurement chain. However, the purpose of the appendix is not to serve as a user manual for performing uncertainty calculations or to be copied verbatim. Therefore, to conduct a correct assessment of uncertainty in practice, users may refer to the information in the references or other widely recognized documents. Measurement instrument specifications are given in the CISPR 161 series of standards, measurement methods are included in the CISPR 162 series of standards, and more detailed information and background materials on CISPR and radio interference are provided in CISPR 163.
