Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for the safety, stability, and calculation analysis of flexible DC grids (hereinafter referred to as FDC grids) with voltage levels of 100kV and above. This document is applicable to feasibility studies, planning, design, manufacturing, and operation of FDC grids with voltage levels of 100kV and above. FDC grids with voltage levels below 100kV may refer to this document for implementation.
