T/CSSS 017-2024 Service Requirements for the Chronic Disease Exercise Intervention Center

Scope

Scope: This document establishes the general requirements, service guarantees, and service processes for the services of common chronic disease exercise intervention centers, and stipulates the service content and requirements, service evaluation, and improvement of common chronic disease exercise intervention centers. This document is applicable to the services and management of common chronic disease exercise intervention centers. Note: Chronic diseases refer to chronic non-communicable diseases. Common chronic diseases are divided into two categories: non-motor system diseases and motor system diseases. Non-motor system diseases include tumors, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. The non-motor system tumor population mainly includes patients who have undergone surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy for malignant tumors; motor system diseases include early and middle-stage osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder joint, lumbar disc herniation, and post-operative bone and joint diseases, etc. Main technical content: This document establishes the general requirements, service guarantees, and service processes for the services of common chronic disease exercise intervention centers, and stipulates the service content and requirements, service evaluation, and improvement of common chronic disease exercise intervention centers.
