Scope

This regulation applies to the investigation, design, construction, and quality acceptance of water supply and drainage pipe jacking projects of various types, including mud balance type, soil pressure balance type, and air pressure balance type. This regulation applies to pipe jacking construction using materials such as steel pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, fiberglass sand-filled pipes, and prestressed steel-concrete pipes. For the investigation, design, construction, and acceptance of water supply and drainage pipe jacking projects in Anhui Province, in addition to implementing this regulation, they shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards and norms currently in force.
