Scope

This standard specifies the format and content items of the vehicle factory conformity certificate. This standard applies to vehicles such as automobiles, incomplete vehicles, motorcycles (including mopeds), trailers, trolleybuses, tractors forming tractor transport units, wheeled special-purpose machinery vehicles, and special-type motor vehicles. After the vehicles are manufactured and pass the inspection and are approved for factory release, the "Vehicle Factory Conformity Certificate" shall be issued together with the vehicles.
