Scope

This regulation stipulates the safety operating procedures for roadbed and pavement engineering, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering, and traffic engineering, as well as for the construction of shared work types. This regulation applies to the construction workers of new, modified, and expanded highway projects. For highway construction work types not included in this regulation, relevant safety operating procedures shall be followed.
