GB/T 33061.6-2023 Plastics—Determination of dynamic mechanical properties—Part 6:Non-resonance method under shear vibration
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes a forced non-resonant method for measuring the shear complex modulus G* of plastics in the frequency range of 0.01 Hz to 100 Hz.
Note: Higher frequencies may lead to significant errors in the measured dynamic performance (see 9.5.1 and 10.1.2).
This document is suitable for measuring the dynamic storage modulus of 0.1 MPa to 50 MPa. This document can study materials with a modulus greater than 50 MPa, but using torsional vibration can more accurately measure their dynamic shear mechanical properties (see ISO 6721-2 and GB/T 33061.7).
This document is particularly suitable for measuring loss factors greater than 0.02, so as to study the changes in the dynamic performance of most glassy and rubbery relaxation regions with temperature and frequency (see GB/T 33061.1).
