GB/T 33061.1-2025 Plastics—Determination of dynamic mechanical properties—Part 1:General principles

Scope

This document specifies the general definitions, principles, instruments, samples, sample quantities, state adjustment, test steps, and result presentation for the test methods described in other parts of GB/T 33061.
Note 1: The various parts of GB/T 33061 describe various methods for measuring the dynamic mechanical properties of hard plastics within the range of linear viscoelastic behavior.
The results obtained from different deformation modes given in GB/T 33061 cannot be directly compared.
Note 2: For example, in tensile vibration, the stress acting on the entire thickness of the sample is consistent. In bending vibration, the surface properties of the sample are the main influencing factors. Therefore, within the strain range where the sample structure is uniform and the stress-strain relationship is linear, the data obtained from bending vibration and tensile vibration are comparable.
