GB/T 28869.2-2023 Cores made of soft magnetic materials—Measuring methods—Part 2:Magnetic properties at low excitation level

Scope

This document is applicable to magnetic cores made of magnetic oxides or metal powders, which are mainly used in communication equipment and electronic instruments employing similar technologies for inductors and transformers operating at low excitation levels.
Some of the methods described in this document are also applicable to magnetic cores used in other electronic components.
This document provides guidelines for drafting methods for measuring the magnetic and electrical performance of magnetic cores. This document is limited to the general principles followed by various possible testing methods, and lists the factors that need to be considered when describing the testing methods in technical specifications.
Note: All formulas in this document use units of the International System of Units (SI). When using multiples and factors, it is advisable to introduce powers of 10. The conversion relationship between inductance and inductance factors is as follows: 1 H = 109 nH.
