Scope

Article I: In order to ensure the safety performance of gas cylinder accessories, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) and the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Gas Cylinders. Article II: These regulations apply to all types of gas cylinder valves (hereinafter referred to as cylinder valves) and fusible alloy plugs in gas cylinder accessories. The relevant terms of gas cylinder accessories are listed in Annex A. Article III: The materials, design, manufacturing, type testing, supervision and inspection, and use management of gas cylinder accessories shall comply with the provisions of these regulations.
