This document stipulates the general requirements for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in institutional catering service units, organizational guarantees and system construction, epidemic prevention materials, management of catering service personnel, food hygiene and epidemic prevention management, dining environment and epidemic prevention management, waste disposal, emergency response, prevention and control publicity and information reporting, inspection and evaluation, etc.
This document applies to the prevention and control of epidemic safety operations in institutional catering service units in Shanghai during the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases (hereinafter referred to as "the epidemic").
