1.0.1 In order to strengthen the management of the construction quality of 110kV and above overhead transmission lines, standardize the quality control and acceptance conditions of the construction process, and ensure the quality of the project, these specifications are formulated. 1.0.2 These specifications apply to new and renovation projects of overhead transmission lines with a voltage level of 110kV and above, and do not apply to large-span overhead transmission line projects. 1.0.3 Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the design documents reviewed by the authority. If design changes are required, they shall be confirmed by the original design unit. 1.0.4 Before construction, there shall be approved construction organization design documents and supporting technical documents such as construction plans. 1.0.5 New technologies, new processes, new procedures, new equipment, and new materials shall be subject to testing, verification, and pilot validation. Only when they meet the design and these specifications requirements may they be adopted. 1.0.6 Instruments, meters, and measuring tools used for measurement and inspection shall be qualified and used within the validity period of the qualification. 1.0.7 In addition to complying with these specifications, the construction and acceptance of 110kV and above overhead transmission lines shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
