DL/T 2439.2-2024 Guidelines for the use of rated voltage above 1000V station-mounted insulators Part 2: Composite insulators for poles
This document specifies the conditions of use, selection requirements, acceptance, storage and transportation, installation, and operation and maintenance for pillar composite insulators used in substations with a nominal voltage of more than 1000V. This document applies to pillar composite insulators used in AC 1000V, DC ± 1500V, and higher AC/DC systems for electrical devices or equipment. This document applies to pillar composite insulators composed of a solid cylindrical insulating core made of resin-impregnated fiber, high-temperature silicone rubber sheaths, and end fittings, hereinafter referred to as insulators. This document does not apply to hollow pillar composite insulators.
