范围:本文件规定了数据通信设备用机箱的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。 本文件适用于数据通信设备用机箱(以下简称“机箱”),也适用于可安装在符合本文件要求的机箱; 主要技术内容:4.1外观要求4.1.1表面要求机箱的外观应光洁平整,不应有明显的凹凸不平或机械划伤,不应有裂纹毛刺、破坏性压痕或严重锈蚀等缺陷。表面等级根据重要程度,可划分为A级面、B级面和C级面,其定义见表1。表1等级面定义序号等级面定义1A级表面在最终使用状态下,客户经常能够看到的表面为A级面。举例如下:a)机箱的前面和高度不大于5U的机箱顶面;b)高度不大于2U的前后风道数据中心产品的机箱前后面。2B级表面在不移动产品的情况下,客户偶尔能够看到的表面为B级面。举例如下:a)机箱的侧面和非数据中心产品的机箱后面;b)高度大于5U的机箱顶面。3C级表面客户在移动或打开产品后,才可以看到的面为C级面。举例如下:机箱底面。4内部表面通用定义为机箱在客户处看不到的表面,如机箱内表面等。注:本文件的方法不适用于内部表面的检验。4.1.2装饰防护层要求装饰防护层应符合下列要求:a)各零部件应有相应的防腐蚀或装饰性涂镀层;b)涂镀层的涂膜应完整、光滑、均匀;c)依据设备工作环境,区分在不同应用环境下设备的防护层性能。4.2装配要求4.2.1机箱机箱挂耳孔不应出现漏压铆螺母现象。摇晃机箱应无异响,内部不应出现铁屑、拉钉头等异物。4.2.2拉钉、螺钉、螺柱、螺母等五金件五金件的型号、位置、数量均应符合图纸要求,无漏装、错装。钉头无刮手的毛刺,滑道插拔路径上钉头不应凸出表面,其余位置钉头凸出应符合下列要求:a)A级表面不大于0.3 mm;b)B/C级表面不大于0.6 mm;c)导向销无明显歪斜及松动现象;d)面板阻尼铰链处的螺钉无松动现象。4.2.3槽位槽位的插拔应符合下列要求:a)机箱拉手条槽位插拔顺畅,无摩擦卡滞感;b)松不脱螺钉拧入螺钉孔的过程顺畅;c)周围的簧片有效搭接,两个检具之间的缝隙无法插入A4纸。4.2.4可拆卸活动部件对于带有可拆卸活动插框结构的机箱,应将活动框拆出并检验插框装配质量并符合下列要求:a)卡隼安装到位;b)拉铆到位,无空拉、错拉;c)拆装过程顺利、无阻塞;d)装配后的间隙与段差符合图纸要求
