This rule applies to the regular inspection of long-distance pipelines (hereinafter referred to as pipelines) in the "Special Equipment Catalogue" (Note 1-1)
These rules apply to fixed pressure boilers (hereinafter referred to as boilers) using water as the medium, within the scope stipulated by the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". The boiler water treatment inspection and testing include the installation supervision inspection of the water treatment system, the running water treatment supervision inspection, and the boiler shutdown water treatment inspection. The boiler chemical cleaning inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the "Rules on Boiler Chemical Cleaning".
Article I: In order to standardize the assessment work of boiler safety managers and operators, this outline is formulated in accordance with the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment", the "Measures for the Supervision and Management of Special Equipment Operators", and the "Rules for the Assessment of Special Equipment Operators". Article II: This outline applies to the assessment of boiler safety managers and operators within the scope specified in the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". Article III: Boiler safety managers refer to the personnel responsible for the safety management of boilers in use in boiler-using units.
