Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) 1500 and 1502 [i.e., styrene-butadiene rubber, hereinafter referred to as SBR 1500 and 1502].
This standard applies to styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) 1500 and SBR 1502 produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization using butadiene and styrene as monomers, and potassium rosin soap or fatty acid soap as emulsifiers, or using potassium isododecanoate as emulsifiers. Among them, SBR 1500 is added with color-changing antioxidants, and SBR 1502 is added with color-unchanging antioxidants.
