本标准规定了苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1500、1502 [即丁苯橡胶，以下称为丁苯橡胶(SBR)1500、1502]的要求和试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以丁二烯和苯乙烯为单体，以松香酸钾皂与脂肪酸皂的复合皂为乳化剂，或以歧化松香酸钾皂为乳化剂，采用低温乳液聚合法生产的丁苯橡胶(SBR)1500和丁苯橡胶(SBR)1502，其中丁苯橡胶(SBR)1500添加颜色变色型防老剂，丁苯橡胶(SBR)1502添加颜色非变色型防老剂。
