GB 1886.361-2022 Food Safety National Standard for Food Additives: Copper Chlorophyllin
Abstract
This standard applies to food additives such as chlorophyll copper, which are extracted from plant materials such as silkworm dung or grasses (such as tall fescue, alfalfa, nettle, etc.) and spirulina, or directly from chlorophyll as a raw material, and then produced by the copper substitution reaction. The solvents used are acetone, dichloromethane, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, n-hexane, and/or petroleum ether (with a boiling range of 90°C to 120°C).
