Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the antioxidants butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA), dibutyl hydroxytoluene (BHT), and tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) in food by gas chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of BHA, BHT, and TBHQ in food.
The method's detection limits in this standard are: BHA 2 mg/kg, BHT 2 mg/kg, and TBHQ 5 mg/kg.
