GB/T 13082-2021 Determination of cadmium in feeds
Abstract
This document describes the flame atomic absorption spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry methods for the determination of cadmium in feed. This document is applicable to the determination of cadmium in compound feed, concentrated feed, supplementary feed, premix feed additives, feed additives, and feed raw materials. When the sample quantity is 5 g and the dispensing volume is 50 mL, the detection limit of the flame atomic absorption spectrometry method is 0.08 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.20 mg/kg; when the sample quantity is 0.5 g and the dispensing volume is 25 mL, the detection limit of the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method is 0.002 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.05 mg/kg.
