本文件描述了饲料中镉测定的火焰原子吸收光谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。本文件适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料、添加剂预混合饲料、饲料添加剂和饲料原料中镉的测定。本文件中当取样量5 g，定容体积为50 mL时，火焰原子吸收光谱法的检出限为0.08 mg/kg，定量限为0.20 mg/kg；当取样量0.5 g，定容体积为25 mL时，石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的检出限为0.002 mg/kg，定量限为0.05 mg/kg。
