Abstract
This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, marks, packaging, transportation, and storage for frozen shrimp fillets.
This document is applicable to products made from shrimp species such as Penaeidae, Pandalidae, Crangonidae, Palaemonidae, and Solenoceridae, which are obtained through processes such as cleaning, decapitation, shell removal (or partial shell removal), gut removal (or no gut removal), and quick freezing. Frozen shrimp fillets processed from other shrimp species should be implemented in accordance with this document.
