Abstract
This standard specifies the testing methods for Staphylococcus aureus in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the qualitative testing of Staphylococcus aureus in food; the second method is applicable to the counting of Staphylococcus aureus in food with a high content of Staphylococcus aureus; and the third method is applicable to the counting of Staphylococcus aureus in food with a low content of Staphylococcus aureus and a high content of impurities.
