GB/T 6109.22-2008 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 22:Aromatic polyimide enamelled round copper wire,class 240
Abstract
This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for single-layer lacquered copper wires based on aromatic polyimide resin for Class 240. Class 240 indicates the thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 240 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 260°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not necessarily the recommended operating temperature for the lacquered wires, as this depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of the conductors specified in this part is: — Class 1: 0.020 mm and above, up to 2.000 mm; — Class 2: 0.020 mm and above, up to 5.000 mm. The nominal diameter of the conductors shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2008.
