Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for the introduction of securities and futures asset management plans and related products, the elements and content requirements at all levels, and provides the template style of the "Introduction to Securities and Futures Asset Management Plans and Related Products". This document is applicable to the preparation of introduction documents for asset management products such as contractual securities companies and their subsidiaries' asset management plans, futures companies and their subsidiaries' asset management plans, fund management companies and their subsidiaries' private placement asset management plans, public offering funds, and private equity investment funds. This document is not applicable to income certificates and private equity products.
