This part applies to polyether polyols 113E, 210, 220, 220X, 330E, 348H, 330, 330X, 360H, 310, 403, 6305, and 8305 that are produced by ring-opening polymerization of polyols with propylene oxide, (or) polyols with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide under the action of a catalyst.
