GB/T 37237-2018 Forensic medical assessment for male sexual dysfunction
Abstract
This standard specifies the general principles, basic requirements, testing methods, and judgment criteria for the forensic evaluation of male sexual dysfunction. This standard applies to forensic evaluations of male sexual dysfunction in criminal cases such as personal injury and sexual offenses, as well as civil cases involving marital disputes and damage compensation. Other cases requiring forensic evaluations of male sexual dysfunction may also refer to and implement this standard. Note: This standard only addresses erectile dysfunction and ejaculatory dysfunction in relation to male sexual dysfunction, and retrograde ejaculation is only included in the evaluation of ejaculatory dysfunction.
