本标准规定了男性性功能障碍法医学鉴定的总则、基本要求、检测方法及判定。本标准适用于人身伤害、性犯罪等刑事案件，以及婚姻纠纷、损害赔偿等民事案件中男性性功能障碍的法医学鉴定，其他需要进行男性性功能法医学鉴定的亦可参照执行。注：本标准关于男性性功能障碍只涉及阴茎勃起障碍和射精障碍，关于射精功能障碍只涉及不射精和逆行射精。
