GB 5009.157-2016 National Standards for Food Safety: Determination of Organic Acids in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods for tartaric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, and adipic acid in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of seven organic acids in fruit juices and fruit juice drinks, carbonated beverages, solid beverages, gum-based candies, biscuits, pastries, jelly, canned fruits, raw and wet flour products, and fillings for baked goods.
