GB/T 37597-2019 Electrically operated food preparation appliances—Methods for measuring the performance
Abstract
This standard applies to household electric food processing appliances.
The purpose of this standard is to specify and clarify the testing methods for the functions that household electric food processing appliances can perform, which is related to the interests of users. At the same time, this standard provides guidelines for evaluating the test results.
Considering the low accuracy and reproducibility caused by changes in time, the sources of test materials and raw materials, and the subjective judgments of testers, the said testing methods are more applicable to comparative tests of several appliances conducted in the same laboratory by the same testers using the same tools at almost the same time, rather than testing a single appliance in different laboratories.
Since there is no definition of the type or size of the oven provided, and since several tests require baking the final product to determine the volume, different ovens used may lead to changes in the results. Therefore, all comparative tests should use the same oven.
