Scope
本标准适用于家用电动食品加工器具。
本标准的目的是规定和明确测试家用电动食品加工器具能够执行的功能的测试方法，这关乎用户的利益，同时本标准对测试结果的评估提供指导方针。
考虑到由于时间的变化、测试材料的来源和原料以及测试员主观判断带来的低准确性和低可重复性，所述测试方法更切实地适用于对若干器具，在几乎相同的时间，由相同的测试员，用相同的工具，在同一实验室进行的比对试验，而不是在不同实验室测试单个器具。
由于给出的烤箱的类型或尺寸没有定义，且由于若干测试需要对最终的产品进行烘烤来测定体积，预期使用的烤箱不同可能会带来结果的变化，因此，所有的比对试验应使用同一烤箱。
