Abstract
This part of YY/T 0870 specifies the method for conducting in vitro mammalian cell gene mutation tests on medical devices/materials using the mouse lymphoma cell line (L5178Y TK+/-3.7.2C). This part is applicable to the microwell plate method, using the mouse lymphoma cell line (L5178Y TK+/-3.7.2C) to conduct TK gene mutation tests, and adopts two indicators, relative survival rate (RS) and relative total growth (RTG), to evaluate cytotoxicity.
