Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage, and transportation for breaded and battered frozen fish products, including fresh fish, frozen fish, frozen fish fillets, or frozen fish sticks and fish blocks made from minced fish.
