GB/T 5599-2019 Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock
Abstract
This standard specifies the methods and evaluation indicators for conducting dynamic performance tests and appraisals of standard gauge locomotives and rolling stock on railways.
This standard applies to the dynamic performance evaluation and test appraisal of standard gauge locomotives and rolling stock on railways. The dynamic performance test and appraisal of urban rail vehicles and industrial and mining electric locomotives and diesel locomotives can be used for reference.
This standard does not apply to the dynamic performance test and appraisal of standard gauge railway special vehicles (long cargo wagons and powered or unpowered rail-mounted vehicles), as well as engineering machinery (bridge erectors, tracklayers, rail cranes, etc.) and track maintenance machinery (screen cleaners, tamping machines, etc.).
