Abstract
This standard specifies the Charpy impact test method for measuring the energy absorption of impact specimens (V-type, U-type notch, and notch-free specimens) in metal materials. This standard is applicable to Charpy impact tests under room temperature, high temperature, or low temperature conditions, but does not include instrumented impact test methods. For more information on this part, please refer to GB/T 19748.
