GB 15193.1-2014 National Food Safety Standards: Evaluation of Safety of Food through Toxicological Assessment Program
Abstract
This standard specifies the procedures for the toxicological evaluation of food safety.
This standard applies to the evaluation of the safety of chemical, biological, and physical factors that may pose a health hazard during the production, processing, storage, transportation, and sale of food. The objects of inspection include food and its raw materials, food additives, new food raw materials, irradiated food, food-related products (packaging materials, containers, detergents, disinfectants used for food, and tools and equipment used in food production and operation), as well as food contaminants.
