GB/T 20540.2-2006 Digital data communication for measurement and control—Fieldbus for use in industrial control systems—Type 3:PROFIBUS specification— Part 2:Physical layer specification and service definition
Abstract
This section specifies the requirements for the components of the fieldbus. It also specifies the requirements for media and network configuration to ensure compliance with the following standards: a) Data integrity before error checking at the data link layer; b) Interoperability between devices at the physical layer. The physical layer of the fieldbus complies with the first layer of the OSI 7-layer model defined in GB/T 9387, but there are exceptions, such as certain types of frame delimiters being at the physical layer, while other types of frame delimiters are at the data link layer.
