GB/T 23501-2009 Determination of T-2 toxin in food—High performance liquid chromatographic method with immunoaffinity column clean-up
Abstract
This standard specifies the immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high-performance liquid chromatography determination method for the content of T-2 toxin in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of T-2 toxin in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products.
The detection limits of the method specified in this standard are as follows: the detection limit for grains and grain products is 10 μg/kg, the detection limit for alcoholic beverages is 5 μg/kg, and the detection limit for soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products is 5 μg/kg.
