Scope

This standard specifies the immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high-performance liquid chromatography determination method for the content of T-2 toxin in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of T-2 toxin in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products.
