Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, ordering requirements, marking, and quality certification for pressure-bearing carbon steel forgings such as general valves, flanges, and pipe fittings.
This standard applies to pressure-bearing carbon steel forgings such as general valves, flanges, and pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as forgings). Non-pressure-bearing forgings may be implemented as a reference.
