This standard applies to children's and adolescents' learning supplies (including textbooks, teaching aids, learning magazines, school notebooks, examination papers, learning newspapers, preschool learning books, general classroom lighting fixtures, reading and writing desk lamps, and teaching multimedia products) produced, manufactured, operated, and provided by enterprises, primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, kindergartens, and off-campus tutoring institutions.
This standard does not apply to lighting fixtures for dedicated classrooms and public teaching rooms.
