本标准适用于企业、中小学校、中等职业学校、幼儿园和校外培训机构生产、制作、经营、提供的儿童青少年学习用品（包括教科书、教辅材料、学习用杂志、课业簿册、考试试卷、学习用报纸、学龄前儿童学习读物、普通教室照明灯具、读写作业台灯、教学多媒体产品等）。
