GB/T 46607.2-2025 Plastics—Injection moulding of test specimens of thermosetting powder moulding compounds(PMCs)—Part 2:Small plates
Abstract
This document specifies two double-cavity molds, the D1 type ISO mold and the D2 type ISO mold, used for injection molding 60 mm × 60 mm small plates with a thickness of 1 mm (D1 type) or 2 mm (D2 type), for various tests (see Appendix A). The molds are also equipped with inserts to study the impact of wire bonding on mechanical properties (see Appendix B).
