本文件规定了两种双腔模具，为D1型ISO模具和D2型ISO模具，用于注塑60 mm×60 mm的小板，厚度分别为1 mm（D1型）或2 mm（D2型），用于各种试验（见附录A）。模具还安装嵌件，以研究焊线对机械性能的影响（见附录B）。
