GB/T 28827.2-2012 Information technology service—Operation and maintenance—Part 2:Delivery specification
Abstract
This part of GB/T 28827 specifies the framework for the delivery of operation and maintenance services, and stipulates the content, methods, and results that the supplier needs to deliver to the customer during the process from the signing of the service level agreement to the end of the service.
This part is applicable to:
a) Enabling the customer and the supplier to reach an agreement on the delivery of operation and maintenance services;
b) Providing the customer and the supplier with best practices and quality evaluation basis for the delivery of operation and maintenance services.
This part is also applicable to the evaluation and audit of operation and maintenance services.
This part is not applicable to the operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure and telecommunications business systems.
