GB/T 24319-2009 Technical conditions of cauldron-using mechanical seal for high pressure
Abstract
This standard specifies the structural types, requirements, marking and packaging, complete supply, and acceptance rules for high-pressure mechanical seals used in reactors.
This standard applies to high-pressure mechanical seals for vertical mixing shafts in reactors made of carbon steel and stainless steel. Its operating parameters are: the pressure inside the reactor is 6.3 MPa to 10 MPa (gauge pressure); the temperature inside the reactor is not more than 350 ℃; the diameter of the mixing shaft is 30 mm to 220 mm; and the linear velocity is not more than 3 m/s.
