GB/T 21413.1-2018 Active

This part of GB/T 21413 specifies the general conditions and requirements for the electrical equipment on the main circuits, auxiliary circuits, control circuits, and indication circuits of rail transit locomotives and rolling stock. Note: Some provisions in these rules may be applicable to equipment on other locomotives and rolling stock (such as mining locomotives, trolleybuses, etc.) after consultation between manufacturers and users. The purpose of this part is to standardize as much as possible the common rules and requirements for electrical equipment on locomotives and rolling stock, so as to achieve consistency in equipment requirements and testing, and thus avoid testing according to different standards. This part covers all requirements related to the expected environmental conditions, structure, performance, and corresponding general tests under normal operating conditions, as well as special fields that have received widespread attention and application, such as temperature rise and dielectric properties. When this part is inconsistent with certain requirements of relevant product standards, the requirements of the product standards shall take precedence.
