Abstract
This standard specifies the principles of establishing a terminology database (referred to as "terminology library"), the types and information flow of terminology libraries, the basic requirements of terminology library systems, the basic process of establishing terminology libraries, the generation and use of terminology libraries, the management and maintenance of terminology library systems, and the sharing of information resources among terminology libraries.
This standard is applicable to the research, development, maintenance, and related management work of terminology libraries. It can also be used as a reference in other work involving terminology data processing.
